ABOUT ME
I've spent over 10 years working in the hospitality industry, and if there's one thing that experience gave me, it's an eye for detail.
I notice how people make decisions, what catches their attention, why they pick one business over another, and the small touches that make an experience stick.
While most people are just scrolling, I'm dissecting. I’m mentally saving screenshots, pulling apart branding choices, spotting patterns in content, and working out why one post flops while another takes off.
I've been immersed in social media since 2014.
What began as community management evolved into years of hands-on experience across social media strategy, website management, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing more broadly.
Along the way, I've run large online communities, contributed to campaigns that landed international media coverage, and realised that what excites me most isn't just making content — it's helping businesses figure out how to communicate who they really are.
Currently, I help businesses build brands that feel deliberate, not accidental.
